Mike Spahr

Practice Manager

Mike Spahr leads Moore Medical Group's Caya Health operations, with the current responsibility for the Lake Mary office. Before joining Caya Health, he spent over 30 years in Behavioral Health and more than 10 years in Medical Practice Management.

He has served as Director of Behavioral Health for Wuesthoff Hospital, where he was instrumental in growing revenue and expanding Senior Memory Care services. He is a strong advocate for behavioral health funding, the mind/body connection and giving back to the community, while staying actively involved in Community Service projects.

His professional interests focus on experiential therapy (ROPES) and Trauma Informed Care. He received his Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from New England College and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida.
